Privacy Policy

Credent Partners USA LLC

Effective Date: 24 September 2026  ·  Last Updated: 24 September 2026

In short. CredentPartners.com is a corporate information website for business visitors. We collect business contact details only when you choose to send them to us through our inquiry form, together with basic technical information about your visit. We use that information to respond to you and to operate and improve the site. We do not sell personal information and we do not use this site to collect health information. Questions or requests: privacy@credentpartners.com.

1. About This Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Credent Partners USA LLC (“Credent Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our“) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with the website at credentpartners.com (the “Site“).

The Site is a corporate information website intended for business audiences — principally clinical trial sponsors, contract research organizations, research sites, and other prospective business partners and service providers. By using the Site or submitting an inquiry through it, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

1.1 What this Policy does not cover

This Policy applies to the Site only. It does not apply to:

  • Clinical trial applicant and patient recruitment activities. Credent Partners USA LLC operates a patient recruitment platform under the Medtack brand. Information collected from individuals who respond to study advertising or complete a pre-screening form is governed by the separate Medtack Privacy Policy, not by this one. If you arrived here looking for that notice, please see the Medtack privacy policy at medtack.net/privacy.
  • Other websites and services we link to. See Section 11.
  • Information you give us outside the Site — for example under a signed commercial agreement, a master services agreement, or a non-disclosure agreement. That information is governed by the terms of the relevant agreement.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you give us

The Site does not require you to create an account, and we invite contact only through our inquiry form. If you complete that form or otherwise contact us, we collect:

Category Examples
Business contact details Name, job title, employer or organization, business email address, business telephone number, country or region
Inquiry content The subject of your enquiry and anything else you choose to include in the message field, including details of a study, programme, or service you are interested in
Correspondence Emails, letters, and meeting or call notes exchanged with you after your enquiry
Anti-spam signals Information generated by the form’s spam and bot protection, such as submission timing and a challenge result

Please send us business information only. The inquiry form is not a channel for personal health information, patient data, study subject data, or any other sensitive or confidential personal information. Do not submit such information through the Site. If you need to share regulated or confidential data with us, contact us first and we will agree an appropriate secure channel and, where required, the necessary written agreements.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our service providers and we may automatically collect:

  • IP address, from which an approximate city, region, or country may be inferred;
  • device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen size, and language;
  • the referring URL and, where applicable, campaign or source parameters in the link you followed;
  • pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, and whether an inquiry form was started or submitted;
  • date and time of access, and server logs generated for security and diagnostic purposes.

2.3 Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Operate and secure the Site (strictly necessary) — for example to maintain session state, to protect the inquiry form against automated abuse, and to remember your cookie choices;
  • Understand how the Site is used (analytics) — aggregate statistics on pages visited and how visitors move through the Site, so we can improve it.

Where required by applicable law, we ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, and you may withdraw that consent at any time through the cookie controls on the Site. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, although parts of the Site may not function correctly if you do.

We do not use the Site for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not place advertising pixels on it for the purpose of retargeting individual visitors.

2.4 Information from other sources

We may receive business contact information about you from your employer, from a colleague who refers you, from publicly available professional sources and business directories, or from conferences and industry events at which we meet. We use that information only to contact you about our services in a business capacity, and we will stop on request.

3. How We Use Information

Purpose What this means
Responding to enquiries Reviewing your enquiry, replying to it, and following up by email, telephone, or meeting
Providing and negotiating services Preparing proposals, scoping work, negotiating and administering agreements, and delivering services you engage us for
Business communications Sending occasional information about our services where you have asked for it or where permitted by law. Every such message includes an unsubscribe link
Operating the Site Hosting, maintaining, securing, and improving the Site; diagnosing technical problems; preventing fraud, spam, and abuse
Analytics Understanding aggregate usage so we can improve content and performance
Legal and compliance Complying with applicable law, responding to lawful requests, keeping required records, enforcing our Terms of Use, and establishing or defending legal claims

We do not use information collected through the Site to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

3.1 Legal bases (where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies)

Where European Union, United Kingdom, or equivalent data protection law applies to our processing, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Legitimate interests — responding to business enquiries, operating and securing the Site, and conducting business-to-business communications, balanced against your rights and interests;
  • Performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into one — where your enquiry relates to a prospective or existing engagement;
  • Consent — for non-essential cookies and, where required, for marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time;
  • Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information to comply with law.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described below. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

  • Service providers (processors). Website hosting and content delivery, form processing, email and calendar services, customer relationship management, analytics, security, and IT support. Each is bound by written contract to use the information only to provide services to us, to keep it confidential and secure, and not to sell it or use it for its own purposes.
  • Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers, where reasonably necessary and under a duty of confidentiality.
  • Affiliates and related entities. Where necessary to respond to your enquiry or deliver services, and subject to this Policy.
  • Legal and safety. Where required by applicable law, subpoena, court order, or regulatory request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Credent Partners, our clients, you, or others; and to investigate suspected fraud, security incidents, or misuse of the Site.
  • Business transfer. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any acquirer will remain bound by this Policy with respect to information collected under it.
  • Aggregate or de-identified information. Shared freely for lawful business purposes; it does not identify you, and we do not attempt to re-identify it.

5. International Transfers

Credent Partners USA LLC is established in the United States, and information submitted through the Site is stored and processed on servers located in the United States. Some of our service providers and personnel are located in other countries, including within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

If you are located outside the United States, submitting information to us involves transferring it to the United States, where data protection laws differ from those in your country and where the information may be accessible to United States courts, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities under United States law. Where a transfer of personal data out of the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom requires a safeguard, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable), supplemented by appropriate technical and organizational measures.

6. Data Retention

Information Retention period
Inquiry form submissions that do not lead to an engagement 24 months from the last contact, then deleted or de-identified
Business contact and correspondence records for clients, prospects, and suppliers Duration of the relationship plus 7 years, to meet contractual, tax, and limitation-period requirements
Marketing preferences and unsubscribe records Kept for as long as needed to honor your preference
Server logs and security records Up to 12 months
Website analytics data Up to 14 months
Records we are required to keep by law As long as the applicable law requires

Where deletion is not immediately technically feasible — for example in an encrypted backup — we isolate the information and delete it on the next scheduled backup cycle.

7. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we hold, including encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS across the Site and all form submissions), access controls limiting access to personnel with a business need, multi-factor authentication for administrative access, diligence and written security requirements for service providers, and a documented process for responding to security incidents, including notification to affected individuals and regulators where the law requires it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Ordinary email is not a secure channel: please do not send confidential, regulated, or sensitive information to us by email or through the inquiry form.

8. Your Rights and Choices

8.1 Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights in relation to personal information we hold about you. As a matter of policy, we extend the core rights below to all Site visitors, regardless of location:

  • Access — confirm whether we process your information and obtain a copy of it;
  • Correction — have inaccurate or incomplete information corrected;
  • Deletion — have your information deleted, subject to records we must keep;
  • Portability — receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format;
  • Objection and restriction — object to, or ask us to restrict, processing based on our legitimate interests;
  • Withdraw consent — for any processing based on consent, including cookies and marketing;
  • Opt out of sale, targeted advertising, and profiling — although, as stated, we do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising;
  • Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

8.2 How to make a request

Email privacy@credentpartners.com, or write to us at the address in Section 13. We will ask you to verify your identity before acting on an access, correction, or deletion request, normally by confirming details we already hold, and we will not use verification information for any other purpose. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf; we may ask for written proof of authority.

We respond within 45 days of a verifiable request (30 days where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies), and may extend once where reasonably necessary, in which case we will tell you before the first period ends. Requests to stop contacting you are acted on promptly. We do not operate a telephone line for privacy requests.

8.3 Appeals and complaints

If we decline your request we will explain why. You may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing privacy@credentpartners.com with “Appeal” in the subject line; we will respond within 45 days with a written explanation, and if we deny the appeal we will tell you how to contact your state Attorney General. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

8.4 Browser signals

We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, or another recognized opt-out preference signal, as a valid opt-out request for the browser that sends it. There is no common industry standard for responding to Do Not Track (DNT) headers, and the Site does not respond to them; please use GPC or the cookie controls on the Site instead.

9. State-Specific Notices (United States)

California. In the preceding 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information through the Site: identifiers (name, business email address, business telephone number); professional or employment-related information (job title, employer); commercial information (the services you enquired about); internet or other electronic network activity information; and approximate geolocation inferred from IP address. Sources, purposes, disclosures, and retention are described in Sections 2, 3, 4, and 6. We do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site, we have not sold personal information, and we have not shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding 12 months. California residents may exercise the rights described in Section 8. Under California Civil Code § 1798.83 (“Shine the Light”), California residents may request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for those parties’ direct marketing purposes; we make no such disclosures.

Other U.S. states. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws — including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Tennessee, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island — have the rights described in Section 8, including the right to appeal a denial. We do not sell personal data, do not process it for targeted advertising, and do not use it for profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. We honor universal opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control.

If your state, province, or country grants you privacy rights not described here, contact us and we will honor them as the law requires.

10. Children

The Site is a business website intended for adults acting in a professional capacity. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through the Site, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If we learn that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has provided information to us, contact privacy@credentpartners.com.

11. Links to Other Websites

The Site may link to websites and services we do not operate, including those of clients, partners, industry bodies, and public registries such as ClinicalTrials.gov. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites. Review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page and post the revised Policy here. If we make a material change to how we collect, use, or share personal information, we will provide a more prominent notice on the Site. Prior versions are available on request.
